The World Theatre

Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course

You can also try fishing off of the public pier on El Estero Lake.
Monterey Bay Aquarium
Although it’s not located in Seaside CA, Monterey Bay Aquarium is only a short trip away from Seaside and is well worth it. Explore the ancient habitats of jellyfish, sea otters, penguins, and more. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is connected with the National Network For Ocean & Climate Change Interpretation. Their ocean-fronted decks are also an amazing perch for witnessing the seabirds, such as the California Brown Pelican and the western snowy plover.
Seaside Beach is part of the grander scope of Monterey State Beach’s three separate sections. This stretch of white rolling sand is perfect for laying out and catching some sun, and there’s even a parasailing launch site. Parking for the beach is located near the Monterey Tides Hotel.

The Laguna Seca Mazda Raceway

The Monterey Peninsula has a rich history and the history of world-class racing dates back all the way to the 1950 Pebble Beach Road Races. Individuals and local businesses raised the funds for a racing pavilion in 1957 and eventually the WeatherTech Raceway came to be.
This 11 turn 2.238 mile course boasts The Corkscrew, which is a unique feat by motorsports’ standards.
The Point Lobos State Natural Reserve
Full of fauna of both land and sea, and outstanding geological formations, the Point Lobos State Natural Reserve reflects the glory of nature where offshore rocks meet the coast. Stop off at the cabin, once built and maintained by Chinese fisherman.
Considered to be “the crown jewel of the State Park System”, Point Lobos is perfect for divers desiring to explore some of the most abundant natural habitats. Seals, sea lions, and migrating gray whales can be spotted here. It’s also very welcoming to those on-foot, because the plant communities are full of some rare beauties, and it’s a peaceful spot for picnicking, studying, and jogging.
